This form submits a booking request, not a confirmed appointment. MTR Cleaning Group will review your request and confirm the final date, time, and pricing. Estimates are based on the information provided and may be adjusted if property conditions differ once assessed on-site.
Please have your building or unit access ready (keys, codes, buzzer, or parking instructions) and secure pets away from the cleaning area before our team arrives. MTR Cleaning Group does not currently charge cancellation or rescheduling fees, but please give as much notice as possible.
After you submit this request, you will be taken to our payment provider's (Stripe) secure page to save a card. No charge is made today — your card is charged for the confirmed price only after your cleaning is complete. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe and are never stored on MTR's own systems.
